The Best of Three Worlds

We're going after one of the rare compounding opportunities out there: To become the market maker for robotics. Pulling that off takes a rare blend of deep experience across robotics, finance, and technology, working as one team instead of three separate worlds. If you join, you're writing the playbook physical automation runs on for decades to come.

"As for the future, your task is not to see it, but to enable it."

Organization

Meaning through Craft

We believe the real difference between big companies and truly civilization-altering organizations isn't how scaled they are or how many resources they have - it's their continuous compounding. We're building Cenotian to be one of those rare compounding companies, and that belief shapes everything about how we've organized ourselves.

To compound requires us to master our craft. To tame the complexity of compounding. To find meaning in it.

Our convictions

We industrialize sovereignty. We do it as follows.

  1. 01

    Back the builder

  2. 02

    Trust the floor

  3. 03

    Seek the truth

  4. 04

    Delete anything

  5. 05

    Build what others can't

  6. 06

    Bet bigger

  7. 07

    Obsess with bottlenecks

  8. 08

    Move now

  9. 09

    Be the result

  10. 10

    Make everyone better off

Organization

Obsessed with removing bottlenecks

Everything we do internally runs on one simple loop: Turn information into a decision, turn that decision into action, and let the results become new information again - as fast as possible, on repeat. We're obsessed with finding and clearing bottlenecks, because the faster a team can move from noticing something to deciding what to do about it, the bigger the edge over everyone else.

Three boxes in a row - information, decision, action - each pointing an arrow at the next with a bottleneck marker under the arrow, and a line running back from action to information.

Action

Creates new info

To make that loop real instead of just a nice idea, we run our proprietary internal Management Information knowledge graph for it which tracks every initiative, task, and goal across the Cenotian organization, surfaces bottlenecks early so they actually get solved, and is evolving into a full knowledge graph that can answer questions about the business and help people prep for meetings and decisions automatically.
