Your equipment keeps running. No matter what.
Your right to operate stays protected, whatever happens along the way. Every deployment stays financed, serviced, and supported, backed by a dedicated step-in servicer mechanism and built-in insolvency protection, so continuity never depends on any single party. Independence by design.
01Compliance
Compliance, built in
When a deployment needs compliance software, serialization, track-and-trace, EU Machinery Regulation documentation, we finance it as one unit alongside the equipment itself, not as a separate bolt-on contract. That software is covered by the same continuity protections as the hardware: it always keeps running.
The EU Machinery Regulation (2023/1230) becomes mandatory on 1 January 2027, bringing new documentation, testing, and cybersecurity requirements for machine builders and integrators. Financing that's structured to move with these rules, and to work alongside incentives like Italy's INAIL hyper-amortization, means compliance readiness is built into your deployment from day one, not bolted on as an afterthought.

02Cybersecurity
Cybersecurity ships with the machine
Cybersecurity regulation for industrial automation is tightening fast, and it's increasingly treated as a supply chain requirement, not just an IT concern. NIS2 (the EU's network and information security directive) is already law, and the EU Machinery Regulation (2023/1230), mandatory from January 2027, now treats cybersecurity of physical systems as a health and safety requirement, not an optional add-on.
Every Cenotian-financed deployment can include a cybersecurity bundle at no extra cost, folded into your financing terms rather than billed separately. It gives your project two dedicated touchpoints with a cyber specialist: one at kickoff, mapping out the system's attack surface and interfaces before you start building, and one at handover. The approach references recognized standards and regulation, including IEC 62443, NIS2, and the EU Machinery Regulation, so your documentation lines up with what customers and auditors will expect.

03Integration Backup
Cybersecurity ships with the machine
The structure is designed to protect the deployment. Payments are milestone-staged and held in escrow rather than paid out upfront, so money only releases as work is actually completed. Once equipment passes acceptance testing, a hell-or-high-water clause keeps payment obligations moving forward regardless of later disputes to keep the deal on track. On top of that, the equipment itself provides roughly 3x collateral coverage.

04Capital layer inside your deployment
For system integrators
You keep running your business exactly as you do today: you own the customer relationship, you run the project, and Cenotian makes sure the deployment gets built and paid for on workable terms. It's not a loan you carry, not open-ended credit, and not tied to any one OEM's captive program or your own bank line, it's dedicated capital that shows up specifically for the deployment in front of you.
For operators
You get the automation project you need, on payment terms shaped around how the system actually earns, without it landing on your balance sheet the way a bank lease or operating rental would, and without it looking anything like a subsidized program. It's simply capital purpose-built for getting your deployment live and running.

05Deal Protection
Your deal is protected
When Cenotian is brought into a deal, that deal gets registered, timestamped, and locked to the specific integrator. From that point on, we're contractually barred from approaching the customer directly or routing around the integrator who brought us in. This means you can put Cenotian in front of your own customers, knowing the deal, and the relationship, stays yours.

06Step-in
Your operation, never depending on us
Your equipment sits in its own ring-fenced legal structure (an ICAV), separate from Cenotian. If ever needed, another servicer steps in to keep it running, overseen by an independent, regulated fund manager (our AIFM). Your operation, your continuity, never depending on us.
And if the original integrator genuinely can't continue the project, it doesn't mean the deployment stalls. A network of vetted backup integrators can step in and finish the job.
